The Tuscan Ranch House project in Santa Rosa is another example of quality design and engineering at work. The single family estate features a spacious single story building, accented with stone, tile, and large wooden doors. The large gravel parking area leads into the courtyard garden and its beautiful stone-arched entrance. Inside are stone floors and wide open rooms with sliding glass doors dividing the space. The floor-to-ceiling wine rack, pool table, and an outdoor fire pit next to the pool make this a great place for entertaining.
