Brendon Clymer

Brendon joined Adobe Associate’s Civil Engineering department in 2018. He previously worked for a Geotechnical Engineering Consulting firm for 3 years, providing him with a breadth of knowledge and insight into local soil types as it relates to civil site development and grading.

Brendon started at Adobe as a design engineer, providing support for associate engineers and project managers, including project planning, coordination, and design for grading, drainage, and utility plans for a wide range of projects. He has extensive experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D for civil design and has demonstrated the capacity to manage various projects with minimal oversight. Promoted to Civil Engineering Project Manager, Brendon’s skills and dedication are driving project success. He excels by leading drafters, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project workflows. He enjoys the unique challenges of each project and uses creative problem-solving to find the most appropriate solutions.

Brendon graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a focused coursework on hydrology and geotechnical engineering. He has his EIT certification and is a member of ASCE.

During his free time, Brendon enjoys time with his two sons. He is also an avid skateboarder & snowboarder and gets outside in California’s wonderful weather as much as possible.
