The 33 North Upscale Condo project is located on San Pablo Avenue between North San Pedro Road and Highway 101 in San Rafael. The project includes the construction of an infill location for an 82-unit condominium project consisting of a four-story residential building with a subterranean parking garage, and approximately 200-feet of driveway. The proposed site improvements included the removal of the existing building and parking lots and constructing a new building and driveway.
