Adobe Associates, Inc. Land Surveying Scholarship Fund
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH: THE CALIFORNIA LAND SURVEYORS ASSOCIATION EDUCATION FOUNDATION
On November 12, 2009 Adobe Associates Inc. determined to establish the Adobe Associates Inc. Scholarship Fund (the Fund with the California Land Surveyors Association Education Foundation). The purpose of the Fund will be to finance a Scholarship, to be named the Adobe Associates, Inc. Land Surveying Scholarship.
The Scholarship will be awarded annually in the amount of $1,250. In the awarding of this scholarships, preference will be given to the Santa Rosa Junior College, Santa Rosa, California.
The management of Adobe Associates, Inc. shall have the privilege of making recommendations for selecting recipients of this scholarship.
The following will be the criteria for the Foundation to utilize in selecting scholarship recipients, and for Adobe Associates, Inc. to utilize in making recommendations to the Foundation.
Adobe Associates, Inc. Dependent Scholarship Fund
The Company in its commitment to education has established a Scholarship Fund for dependents of Adobe Associates employees. Dependents who graduate from high school and continue on to college or trade programs are eligible to receive a onetime $1,500 scholarship. Dependents will need to provide a copy of their acceptance letter from their chosen institution, as well as a letter from the student committing to that school. Scholarships will be paid directly to the recipient. Recipients must provide a W-9 and will be provided a 1099 at the end of the year.
