The Fairfield inn & suites project in Rohnert Park, Ca is the first hotel in the area designed to use modular construction techniques. The 58,000 square foot, 5-story hotel was designed to have 100 rooms assembled from 60 prebuilt modules and an open concept lobby for hotel guests. The prime location provides guests with access to popular restaurants, entertainment, and shopping in the area.
Adobe was brought on board to take the project from the conceptual site plan, through entitlements, and preparation of construction documents for grading and drainage, stormwater, and utilities plans.
