This project is a 246-acre minor subdivision that includes two subdivision roads and access driveways for a vineyard and four residential parcels.
Adobe Associates, Inc. civil engineering department designed the improvements to the existing driveway entrance and the site improvement construction plans for two access roads to serve the four parcels. The grading and drainage plans and encroachment permit were permitted by Adobe Associates, Inc. through the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department (PRMD).
